Refund and Return Policy

At Viralnect, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@viralnect.com with your order details.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged (by customer), or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
